Gift Voucher
1. Voucher Validity
The gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Appointments must be booked within the validity period; otherwise, the voucher will become invalid.
2. Services Covered
The gift voucher can be used for:
Massage services.
Products sold at our premises, such as essential oils and cosmetic items.
3. Appointment Booking
Appointments can be booked via phone, in person, or online by providing the voucher’s unique identifier.
Appointment cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the voucher being considered redeemed, and no further bookings will be allowed.

4. Transferability
The gift voucher is transferable.
The new user’s name and contact details must be provided in advance via email to:
The email must also include the voucher’s unique identifier.
5. Cash Conversion
The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, but its value can be partially redeemed.
If the remaining balance on the voucher is less than €10, the remaining amount can be refunded in cash, in compliance with EU regulations.
6. Other Conditions
The voucher cannot be used for other forms of settlement or any unlawful purposes.
The salon reserves the right to refuse acceptance of the voucher if it does not comply with these terms or is damaged, copied, forged, or invalid.
7. Extension of Validity
The validity period can be extended at any time during its initial validity.
If the salon’s scheduling constraints prevent service fulfillment, the voucher’s validity will be extended automatically.
Extensions are subject to a fee of €20.
The fee can be paid in person or via bank transfer. For bank transfers, please include the voucher’s unique identifier in the reference field and send an email requesting the extension to: info@caboroigmassage.com
