Your appointments are very important to our massage therapists, it is reserved especially for you, but we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed inmediately if you make your booking online.

Less than 24 hour cancellation notice or in case of “NO SHOWS” the paid services are not refundable.

In case of more than 24 hour cancellation you will get a full refund in maximum 15 days.

24 hours before treatment there is a one-time free opportunity to change a specific reservation (reschedule a reservation). This option is given once for the same booking.

If the reservation was not made online, please transfer the price of the reserved treatment to the following bank account number.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable with an expiration of 1 year from purchase.
Gift vouchers are transferable to friends and/or family.
